Television is amedium which has entertained us for decades. But with the evolution of internet and growing social media existence wehave seen a thing called web series emerging creating it place and taking over the digital space by storm. Web series is a breakthrough in many eays. It strikes the right chord and open up the conversation which the youth would like to take part in the relate them to the character they might associate with. This is a main reason why web series are popular now a days.

This is the best Indian web series I have ever watched. Highly addictive and difficult to predict as well. Definetely not a family show but director has done an amazing work by keeping the viewers curious at all times. I would personally rate this series 4 out of 5 because of the superb story line and excellent acting skills.

The series is beautifully shot, with well cast characters and intrigues within intrigues in the plot. There is no point that you feel bored, in fact one always wants to know whats coming up next. Some of the characters remind one strongly of real people in the world of cricket.

R.D. & S.H. National College, Bandra hosts one of the oldest, most authentic and unarguably the biggest Media festival for many colleges to participate in. Students from all the three active batches participate enthusiastically with their beloved seniors on the lead under their co-ordinator Dr. Meghna Kothari to brew the perfect tea with their months’ of hard work and exponential learning throughout the making of Cutting Chai, every year to put up ‘The Best Show’. The Three Day Festival will soon be celebrating 12 years of success, starting 1st of February, 2019.

The Festival is ‘Core to its Content’ as it has manifested bizarrely grand and trend-setting themes over the past 12 years. The Olympian Gods, The Bureau of Sorcery and the Tale of Once upon a Chai precede the current theme with this year’s theme of Purgatory which is loosely derived from the poem describing ‘Dante’s Inferno’. The unique annual themes follow a storyline where the theme is either independent or in continuation with the previous themes; the story helps bring the different contingents represented by participants together to compete for the ‘Chai’. The festival is known for its huge footfall every year and if you pass by Linking Road when the festival is running, one just cannot ignore that enthralling vibe that it exudes.

Cutting chai recognizes its responsibility towards society and takes significant steps in order to fulfil it. On  January 26th, 2019, the students of R.D. National College, Bandra specifically the committee members of Cutting Chai were all at Shivaji Park to organize a CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) activity. The students of BMM gathered at Shivaji Park with signs appealing on the importance of voting. The students witnessed the famous parade which had all the forces that keep India safe, the Air force, the Navy and the BSF. Along with them, some nearby schools also joined the parade with their bands. Also, some common issues that the common people face, had their spot in some of the parade caravans. The parade was overall an amazing experience.

2011 world cup final

On Saturday, April 2nd, India won the 2011 Cricket World Cup, defeating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final, played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, India. While 33,000 spectators watched the final in person, some estimates have placed the number of TV viewers worldwide at well over 1 billion people – perhaps the most-viewed sports event ever.

Both teams had progressed through three stages to reach the final. India had won all the matches to that point except for the game against South Africa, and against England, which ended in a tie. Sri Lanka had won all but one match against Pakistan. The Sri Lanka captain kumar sangakkara chose to bat first after winning the toss. The team scored slowly until the 17th over when they lost both their openers. Sangakkara added 62 runs with mahela jayawardene  before being dismissed for 48 runs. Although wickets kept falling at one end, Jayawardene scored 103 runs in 88 balls; he was involved in a partnership of 66 runs with Thisara perara. The pair took Sri Lanka’s total to 274 runs at the close of the innings.

In reply, India lost their opener Virendra shewage  in the second ball of the innings. Sachin Tendulkar, too, got out in quick succession. The next set of batsmen, Gautham Gambhir and Virat Kholi, added 83 runs in 15 overs before the latter got out in the 22nd over. India captain MS Dhoni, promoting himself up the order, joined Gambhir and they both added 109 runs, an Indian record in a World Cup final. Gambhir got out for 97 runs in the 42nd over. India chased down the total and won the match by six wickets in the 49th over. Dhoni was declared the “man of the match” for scoring 91 runs, while his compatriot yuvraj singh was awarded the “man of the tournament”.

It is really very good as it gives us a moral and it was very attractive, good and funny movie. Children who are not good in studies learn how to improve themselves. In this movie Chatur he worked very hard to be the best. But no he could be that as he was not having enjoyment in his life. So dear children, always study and play.

I love this movie. This movie is inspirational. It tell us that , studying for getting marks has no point. We have to gain that knowledge. You should chose a career in which you are most intrested.

I love the character rancho which is potrayed by Amir Khan. His character inspires us to be optimistic in tough times. His focus was good. He had helping nature as well as he always thought out of the box and was very inovative. He loved the path he chose and therefore was able to excel in his field. We should learn from him his qualities which will be help us in becoming successful in a path we chose.

Amongst the performances, Aamir Khan is stupendous as the rule-breaker Rancho. But the rest of the cast doesn’t remain in the shadows. Both Sharman and Madhavan manage to carve their independent characters as lovable rebels too. Even Kareena shines out, despite the minuscule length of her role. A special mention for Boman Irani who is impeccable as `Virus’, the vile Principal and newcomer Omi who perfectly slips into the stereotype of the best, albeit bakwas student. Shantanu Moitra’s music score, which may have sounded pheeka in the audio version, comes alive on screen with lyricist Swanand Kirkire giving India its clarion call for 2010: Aal Izz Well. Rush for it.
